Neighborhood Leadership Program (NLP)
Wilder Foundation’s NLP develops the skills of existing and emerging community leaders. By participating in these programs, participants enhance their ability to act on important community issues.

Pay It Forward Tour
The Pay It Forward Tour represents the core of Students Today Leaders Forever (STLF) on all levels—college, high school and middle school. The Tour is a community service road trip that travels from city to city doing different service projects. Students on a charter bus will visit cities of various sizes and learn about a variety of social issues, with the hopes of discovering more about themselves, their own community and the world.

Youth Leadership Council (YLC)
The YLC is comprised of high school students from both the North St. Paul-Maplewood-Oakdale and Mahtomedi Public Schools. The goal of the YLC is to provide input on important issues and program ideas linked to increasing student achievement, student leadership, service-learning opportunities, integrated learning, cultural competency, positive youth/adult relationships student engagement in after school programs or out-of-school time and career exploration.
